Health, Safety & Mobile Environment Liability

• Physical Readiness: The client certifies they are in good health and have disclosed all medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancies prior to the session.
• Mobile Environment: As a mobile service, sessions take place in spaces provided by the client (e.g., private villas, terraces). The client is responsible for ensuring the exercise area is clear of hazards. Ocre Flow is not liable for injuries resulting from the client's environment, undisclosed medical conditions, or failure to follow professional instructions.
• Insurance: Ocre Flow maintains professional liability insurance (RC Pro) provided by Orus, covering mobile instruction.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, paying an invoice, or confirming a reservation via email or WhatsApp, the client formally acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This constitutes a binding contract between the client and Ocre Flow.
